ABSTRACT
Article is devoted to the substitution of imported domestic adsorbents synthetic zeolites type A dehydration unit when receiving liquefied natural gas (LNG). Upon receipt of LNG use the traditional process of adsorption of gas dehydration. Results complex multicycle testing zeolites in laboratory and pilot plant scale in an industrial environment on the actual process gas. Our results show that zeolite of domestic production of physical and chemical indicators are not inferior to foreign analogues, and on the adsorption characteristics of a few superior to them. Cooperation with domestic producers adsorbents enable the use of zeolites produced in Russia for gas dehydration process in the production of LNG as both a base layer and protective.
Keywords: drying gas adsorbents, dew point in water, physical and mechanical characteristics, the adsorption activity.

ABSTRACT
The increasing role of natural gas and, as consequence that of gas chemistry, in the economy of XXI century demands the development of new gas chemical processes, more flexible relative to raw staff and manufactured products, and profitable even at small-scale operation. As a base for new generation of gas chemical technologies can be considered nonequilibrium kinetic processes that are described by chain-branched theory of N.N. Semenov.
