OVERVIEW OF THE INDUSTRIAL GAS MARKET

Modern industry it is difficult to imagine without the use of technical gases at various stages of production. Industrial gases are widely used in various fields of chemical, food, metallurgical and other industries. Group industrial gases chemicals and their compounds in gaseous or liquid state, obtained synthetically by the division of atmospheric air, the release of hydrocarbons or chemical methods used in industrial and domestic purposes. Technical gases mainly include nitrogen, argon, acetylene, ammonia, oxygen, helium, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane (LNG), propane, butane, compressed air, ethylene, chlorine, rare gases, freon, freon, methylacetylene-allene fraction. The article considers the prospects for the development of the industrial gas market. The tendency of growth of their production directly to large consumers gas (on-site).

The simulation flowsheet desulphurization of natural gas through a universal system modeling HYSYS. An analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed and defoamers used in the amine desulfurization of natural gas proposed improvement of the technology used defoaming by replacing foreign defoamer composition for effective defoamer and antifoam.

Synthesized polymer products based on heterocyclic derivatives ether of methacrylic acid. Homopolymers useful as pour-point depressants, whose introduction in small amounts in diesel fuel leads to a substantial reduction in pour point and improved fluidity at low temperatures.

The article presents the results of obtaining additive based on a series of symmetrical triazineheterocycles. Inthisstudywe investigated the possibility of simultaneous improvement of protective, anti-and anti-oxidant properties by introducing a molecule of cyanuric chloride with amines have studied properties. Six compounds were synthesized. Their properties are investigated as additives to oils and fuels. The tests revealed that the compounds obtained as antioxidants may not apply. These compounds may be used as anticorrosive additives for diesel fuels. It is shown that to increase the efficiency of finding new promising additives for fuels and oils in a series of triazine derivatives is advisable to conduct preliminary design synthesis of target structures, taking into account factors provide the desired properties of the product.
