ABSTRACT
This paper presents the analysis of the possibilities of modern technology of heavy oil residues and processing technologies so-called «opportunity crudes». The analysis shows that in the context of high oil prices hydroconversion processes heavy oil residues show great advantages in comparison with the coking process. The most common industrial technology for high tar conversion (over 60%) is a fluidized bed hydrocracking catalyst (H-Oil and LC-Fining). The main limitation to achieve high conversion of heavy oil residues is to reduce them to the level of colloidal stability, causes an increase in the formation of deposits on equipment. Sediment formation (deposition) increases exponentially with an increase in power conversion. Suppression of sediment formation with increasing conversion hydrocracking process achievable in the fluidized bed catalyst can be achieved by adding heavy oil with a high content of aromatic compounds to a residual feedstock. Conversion of heavy oil residue hydrocracking catalyst in a fluidized bed can reach 90% or more by combining technology deasphalting nonconvertible residue recycle DAO.
KEYWORDS: heavy oil residues, opportunity crudes, hydrocracking processes, coking process, H-Oil, LC-Fining, conversion.

Helium Plant of «Gazprom dobycha Orenburg» (1/2, st. Chkalova, Orenburg, 460058, Russian Federation)
ABSTRACT
Operational process of Helium Plant of «Gazprom dobycha Orenburg» has found a number of disadvantages of helium units’ technology. These defects have been removed by improvements which are described in the article.
At the 2d helium block of Helium Plant switch to new feedstock containing large number of heavy hydrocarbons led to increase of ethane fraction and wide fraction of light hydrocarbons (WFLH) losses. Considerable losses reductions have been attained by the using part of the second stream-stripping column residue as reflux in rectifying section of the methane column and by supply some of liquid from first stage separator to the pipeline of overflows from rectifying to stripping section of the methane column. Improve safety; increase of operating temperature range and as a result growth of ethane fraction and WFLH output at the unit of production of helium concentrate, ethane fraction and WFLH at the 1st Stage of Helium Plant have been achieved by replacement of stripping section of the methane column which was made of steel 09Г2С with section which was made of stainless steel 12Х18Н10Т.
Initially at the unit of production of helium concentrate, ethane fraction and WFLH at the 3d Stage of Helium Plant (U-31/32) stream of high pressure methane fraction from the top of the methane column were being throttled and weren’t being supplied to the turbo-expander. If the valve is replaced with a turbo-expander temperature drop can be significantly higher. Increase of cold-productivity and consequent growth of ethane fraction and WFLH output at U-31/32 have been attained by fed joint flows of high pressure methane fraction from rectifying section of the methane column and separator of liquid natural gas.
KEYWORDS: helium plant, natural gas, ethane fraction, wide fraction of light hydrocarbons, methane column, turbine-driven set), turbo-expander, high pressure methane fraction.

ABSTRACT
Dioxygen adducts of transition metals with oil porphyrineliqands has been received. At first time adduct formation reaction between metalporphyrine compounds with molecular oxygen in internal field of receptors has been investigated.
It is that in this case formed clatrat compounds. Dioxygen adduct is stable in presence of receptors and reaction process us selective.

ABSTRACT
A series of amino-methyl derivatives of allyl monoester of butanediol-1,3 has been studied as antimicrobial additives to lubricating oils and cutting fluids. It has been established that the investigated compounds show antimicrobial properties at concentrations of 0.25 and 0.5% in the oil M-10 and cutting fluid Azerol-5 and by action efficiency don’t exceed widely used antimicrobial additive - 8-oxyquinoline (at the same concentration), but some of them - 1-allyl-oxy -3- morpholil-methyl ester of butanediol-1,3 (2) and 1-allyloxy-3-piperidilmethyl ester of butanediol-1,3 (3) exceed them by efficiency. There has been found duration of bacterial action of investigated biocides over a certain time period (150 days) from the start of the test. The dynamics of microbial growth in the presence and without biocide has been defined.
KEYWORDS: antimicrobial additives lubricating oil, allyl monoester of butanediol-1,3.

ABSTRACT
In Russia launched the state program of development aimed at modernization and renovation of oil-refining and petrochemical complex of the country. Special attention is paid to minimize environmental impact. Tool to meet these objectives can serve as a transition to the grant of industrial enterprises of integrated permits for emissions, discharges, waste disposal based on technological rationing using the best available technology in accordance with the European and world experience.
The article assesses the current level of pollution by oil plants. Presented to the European experience in the determination of the acceptable level of impact of industrial enterprises on the environment by means of directories BREF (Best available techniques REFerence document) - reference document on the best available techniques, which in a General sense recommends the best available technology. Defined task of transition to the principles of best available technology (BAT) in Russia, which is scheduled for three years to prepare handbooks BAT and describe more than six thousands of technological processes.
Keywords: environment, oil refineries, best available techniques.
