ABSTRACT
Analysis of the state and the prospects for the development of the oil and gas chemical industry in Russia is carried out. Problems for the development of the Russian oil and gas chemical industry, first of all a shortage of pyrolysis capacities to produce different monomers are considered. It is shown that hi-tech oil and gas chemical capacities make it possible to obtain products with high added value and to increase exponentially export income of such countries as Russia having rich reserves of hydrocarbon raw materials. The state and the prospects for realization of the main projected oil and gas chemical complexes and those under construction in Russia are considered. The prospects of the development of cluster approach to formation of the centers for deep processing of hydrocarbons with a production kernel in the form of large-scale pyrolysis capacities and with the subsequent production of plastic, rubbers and products of organic synthesis and also their processing in final products for the consumer market are shown.

ABSTRACT
In this research, the effects of direct heating and ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic field on extra-heavy crude oilwere investigated. There were considered all the advantages of microwave radiation compared with direct heating. The effect of direct heating and microwave irradiation on rheological properties of extra-heavy crude oil has been experimentally investigated. Oils from the Volga-Ural oil and gas-bearing basin and Yarega field with a density of over 910 kg/m3 were used as test item. There were carried out a series of experiments in which were studied changes of viscosity from the duration and power of microwave irradiation. During the study the oil flow curves were taken under direct heating with a step of 10 °C. The dependence of the dynamic viscosity from the temperature was constructed. The flow curves after the microwave irradiationwere also taken. Oil viscosity change during storage after direct heating and microwave irradiation was also shown. Microwave has an ambiguous effect on the rheological properties of oils of different composition. According to the results obtained, it can be assumed that after microwave irradiation, a change occurs in the oil dispersion system, which can not only improve the rheological properties but also worsen them.

ABSTRACT
The reaction of complexformation of nitrosopentachlororenate ammonium with nicotine acid in different conditions were investigated. The composition and structure of the received complexes have been studied by the methods of thermogravimetry, IR-spectroscopy and element analysis. It has been shown together with monodentate coordination of ligand through nitrogen molecular of heterocycle in various complexes bidentate coordination exists too.

ABSTRACT
A study was made of the effect of the regeneration gas of zeolites from the drying process of the Astrakhan gas processing plant on the quality of gas produced according to the Gazprom 089-2010 STO «Natural combustible gas, supplied and transported via main gas pipelines. Technical conditions» and prospects for commercial gas production according to the requirements of TR EAEC 046/2018. The assessment of the effect of zeolite regeneration gas is presented. The adsorbent content of sulfur compounds in products (commercial gas) during high ambient temperatures is given.

ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the operation of the compressor in the oilfield, pumping associated petroleum gas with a high water content. Deposits formed in compressor oil were analyzed, and the stability of fresh and aged oil with different water contents was studied.

ABSTRACT
The article presents modern methods of rational use of associated petroleum gas. One of the oil-producing enterprises in the territory of Russia, «RN-Uvatneftegaz», which is a subsidiary of Rosneft, was considered. The article also presents the developed, taking into account climatic, geographic, economic and other factors, projects to increase the monetization of associated petroleum gas (APG) for the considered enterprise. The calculation of economic indicators for each project is given, which makes it possible to make a final decision on the effectiveness of the analyzed projects on the basis of a generalized indicator. The risks accompanying each of the proposed projects are considered. Based on the analysis of the results presented in this article, the most attractive option for increasing the monetization of associated petroleum gas for the «RN-Uvatneftegaz» enterprise was selected for all of the considered criteria.

ABSTRACT
For the first time, direct catalytic synthesis of 1,3-butadiene from dimethyl ether was carried out in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. A conjugated mechanism for the formation of 1,3-butadiene in the presence of hydrogen peroxide is installed, as well as a positive initiating effect of its influence effect on the duration of reaction cycle of dimethyl ether conversion. The Prince condensation mechanism is shown taking into account the formation of radicals •OH and НО•2.

ABSTRACT
This article presents the results on the synthesis of petroleum vanadylporphyrin complexes by isolating a mixture of metal porphyrins from Azerbaijani oils and studying their catalytic properties. The mechanism of the oxidation reaction of cyclic olefins in the presence of vanadylporphyrin complexes has been studied. A method has been developed for obtaining individual porphyrin complexes of transition metals with respect to metal, starting from oil porphyrin concentrates based on the exchange reaction of hydrogen atoms by metal in the porphyrin cycle. The catalytic activity of the synthesized complexes was studied in the reaction of the oxygenation of cyclic olefins with molecular oxygen.
